Each responsibility is recorded separately; holding one does not imply another or give permission to carry out a regulated activity.

Asset role type concept:CodedValue
The responsibility the actor holds for the asset, such as ownership, operation, upkeep or registered keeping. Operation and upkeep are not ownership. Codes from https://publicschema.org/vocab/asset-role-type can be used where the source has no scheme of its own.
Start date date The date on which this became effective.
End date date
The last day on which this is effective. A period includes both its start date and its end date, so a period that applies only on 30 June 2026 has start date 2026-06-30 and end date 2026-06-30.
