A statement that a party holds, or claims, a right, restriction or responsibility over an identified land administrative unit during a stated period. It records the claim and its evidence. It does not decide between competing claims and does not convert customary or informal tenure into registered ownership. Some restrictions and responsibilities have no named holder.

Tenure share denominator integer
The denominator of the holder's share of the right, restriction or responsibility, stated with tenure_share_numerator. A share of 1 of 1 is the entire interest.
Valid from date
The first calendar day on which the registration, permission, certification or other stated fact applies, as its source states it, when known. A later suspension, withdrawal or correction is recorded separately and does not overwrite this date.

The last calendar day on which the registration, permission, certification or other stated fact applies, as its source states it. A later suspension, withdrawal or correction is recorded separately and does not overwrite this date. If absent, the end is unknown, not unlimited.
