https://publicschema.org/vocab/employment-status
The labour force participation status of a person, classified as employed, unemployed, or outside the labour force following the three-category labour-force status classification adopted under the ILO 19th International Conference of Labour Statisticians (2013).
Standard reference
ILO 19th ICLS Resolution concerning statistics of work, employment, and labour underutilization (https://ilostat.ilo.org/methods/concepts-and-definitions/description-work-statistics-icls19/)
Tripartite labour force classification: employed, unemployed, outside the labour force. Under the 19th ICLS, 'employed' covers only work done for pay or profit; other productive activities (own-use production, unpaid trainee work, volunteer work) are separate forms of work and do not count as employment for this classification.
