Form of Work

The form of productive activity that a piece of work belongs to under the international statistical standards on work, distinguished by the intended destination of the production and the nature of the transaction.
Standard reference
ILO 19th ICLS Resolution concerning statistics of work, employment, and labour underutilization (https://ilostat.ilo.org/methods/concepts-and-definitions/description-work-statistics-icls19/)
Paragraph 7 defines the five mutually exclusive forms of work. Each ICSaW-18 status at work group relates to one form (20th ICLS resolution, para 60), so a form can be derived from an ICSaW-18 code.
