WHO Service Availability and Readiness Assessment (SARA) Reference Manual v2.2 (https://www.who.int/publications/i/item/WHO-HIS-HSI-2014.5-Rev.1)

SARA provides the canonical categorization of health facility types used in national health facility assessments. The Harmonized Health Facility Assessment (HHFA) 2022 consolidates and extends SARA and the Service Delivery Indicators (SDI); its facility-type list maps cleanly onto SARA categories.
