The category of health provider who delivered antenatal care (ANC), attended the delivery, or gave postnatal care (PNC). Used across ANC provider, delivery attendant, and PNC provider properties in MaternalNewbornHealthProfile. Reflects the DHS-8 m2, m3, and rh_pnc_wm_pv hierarchy. The 'skilled' subset (doctor, nurse_midwife, auxiliary_midwife) aligns with the WHO skilled birth attendance definition.
