voluntary_withdrawal Voluntary withdrawal The beneficiary chose to leave the program.
non_compliance Non-compliance The beneficiary did not meet ongoing program conditions.
ineligibility Ineligibility The beneficiary was determined to be no longer eligible due to a change in circumstances such as income, age, or residency.
death Death The beneficiary died.
program_end Program end The program itself ended or the funding cycle closed.
relocation Relocation The beneficiary moved out of the program's coverage area.
duplicate Duplicate The enrollment was identified as a duplicate of another record.
administrative Administrative Closed for administrative reasons not covered by other codes.
