Institutional Relationship

A dated, directed relationship between two organizations, such as one being part of, supervised by, affiliated with or a member of the other. The relationship type fixes its direction and meaning; none of these relationships expresses ownership or control by itself. A merger, split or succession is an OrganizationalChangeEvent instead.
