DHIS2 and OpenSPP use a plain string; DCI uses a structured Address. High convergence but type divergence between inline string and linked entity. The definition still refers to "this household" because Household is the only concept that currently carries this property; generalising the definition and broadening applicability to other subject types was considered alongside the Location generalisation in ADR-008 decision 8, and deferred. Future extensions should revisit.
