environment:Environmental Facility
https://publicschema.org/environment/EnvironmentalFacility
A place where one or more activities regulated for their effect on the environment are carried out, such as an industrial plant, a large livestock unit or a waste water treatment works. The facility keeps its identity when its operator, permits or reporting duties change. Its operator is recorded as a dated AssetPartyRole and its addresses through AssetAddressAssignment. Where another register, such as an agricultural register, records the same site, each record keeps its own identity and a subject match assertion states that they describe the same site.

| INSPIRE defines a production facility as installations on one site operated by the same natural or legal person, so a change of operator can make a new facility there. This concept keeps its identity across operator changes. | ||
