Neither of the six v1 convergence systems (OpenCRVS, openIMIS, OpenSPP, DHIS2, DCI, SEMIC) carries a first-class HealthFacility concept at this level of specification, though DHIS2 organisation units and openIMIS health facility records cover adjacent responsibilities. A broader convergence pass including HeRAMS and national health facility registries is expected to raise the system_count.
