International framework for governance of tenure of land, fisheries, and forests. Provides the conceptual basis for tenure classification.

`owned_with_title`	Owned with title	Land held with a formal, legally recognized title deed or certificate of ownership.
`owned_without_title`	Owned without title	Land held through customary or informal ownership without a formal title document.
`rented`	Rented	Land used under a rental or lease agreement with a landowner for a fixed payment.
`sharecropped`	Sharecropped	Land cultivated under an arrangement where the tenant pays the landowner a share of the harvest or proceeds.
`communal`	Communal	Land held collectively by a community, clan, or group under customary or statutory communal tenure.
`state_allocated`	State-allocated	Land allocated by the state or government authority for use, often without transfer of ownership.
`informal`	Informal/squatting	Land occupied and used without any formal or customary legal basis.
`borrowed`	Borrowed	Land used temporarily without payment, typically lent by a relative, friend, or community member.
`other`	Other	A tenure arrangement not covered by the other categories.
