Organizational Change Event
https://publicschema.org/OrganizationalChangeEvent
A significant reorganization, such as a merger, split or takeover of functions, after which at least one organization has a new identity. Its authority is the organization that decided or reported the change. Earlier organizations and their past acts stay identifiable. A name correction that keeps identity can use RecordLifecycleEvent without introducing a successor organization.
