A decision made by an authority about a particular person, organization or thing under the rules it applies, such as granting a permit, imposing a measure or upholding an appeal. Its authority is the organization that made the decision, and its subject URI names the subject decided on. Its outcome, effective time and legal resources are interpreted in the applicable jurisdiction; recording a decision does not prove finality or current permission. A decision on eligibility for a program is recorded as EligibilityDecision.

Legal resources	`uri`	Identified legal provisions or policy resources that a service, organization, decision, measure, representation or institutional change relies on. A link does not execute a rule or establish which version is applicable. For the legal basis for processing personal data, use legal_basis.
Decision registrations	`concept:Registration` includes Authorization, ProfessionalLicense, DrivingEntitlement, WaterUseAuthorization, TaxRegistration, VoterRegistration, FarmerRegistration	Registrations established by this decision, such as a permit, a voter registration or a tax registration. A later suspension or appeal is represented separately and does not rewrite the original grant or its issuing authority.
Decision regulatory actions	`concept:RegulatoryAction`	Regulatory actions resulting from this determination, with their own subjects, scopes and conditions. A linked action does not imply that every permission of its holder is affected.
Resolves appeal	`concept:AdministrativeAppeal`	The appeal determined by this decision. Resolution is a separate determination and retains the link to the original challenged decision.
Evidence assertions	`concept:EvidenceAssertion`	Statements identifying sources that support or contradict this statement.
Recorded at	`datetime`	The date and time the statement or event was entered into its source record. It can differ from when the fact took effect.
