Is enrolled boolean
Whether the person is currently enrolled in a program. Designed for verifiable credentials where enrollment status must be disclosed without revealing the specific program or detailed enrollment state. For operational queries, use enrollment_status instead.
Governing jurisdiction string
The country or subdivision whose legislation governs this enrollment. Implicit in domestic programs, but must be explicit in cross-border or federated contexts such as social security coordination between countries.
